Since all our garments are 100% handmade, we are not able to offer any REFUNDS only Exchanges.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost by the Post Office we will help to locate the item, Or offer you a refund the purchase price or send you a new item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
